I was referred to Mike by one of my neighbors. I called him to schedule the 100-hour service on my Suzuki outboard motor. Scheduled appointment for the following week. He asked that I send him some photos of the motor and the fuel filter so he could order the correct parts for the job. He showed up as scheduled and got the job done. He explained everything he was doing and was very systematic and meticulous throughout the process. He was neat and clean, caring for boat, driveway, and yard as he performed work. Beyond the normal service he advised I consider fuel filter replacement as he's seen potential for metal from gas tanks installation in new boats. Additionally, he answered some random questions regarding motor and trailer maintenance. Regarding scheduling, he clearly booked me 11 days out.
